Trading since 1998, we have covered all boilers and heating for domestic and even commercial heating and plumbing requirements, specialising in boiler repair and service/maintenance for Gas, Electrical work we pride ourselves on being prompt, competitively priced and professional.
We also complete boiler and central heating upgrade installations week in week out and have some of the most competitive installation prices around.
We are Gas safe no. (184658) Public liabilities insured for £5M and have a £20000 workmanship warrantee insurance policy for all our work.
Five year warrantees apply on all our work (Labour and Materials), and where manufacturers warranties apply (up to 10 years) for which we are accredited by including Worcester Bosch and Vaillant boilers.

"I used Indoor Maintenance to supply & fit a new boiler after my boiler of 12 years started to leak & give me problems. Mac gave me a good quote so the job was arranged to be carried out the following week. Mac turned up with a colleague who helped out for a few hours. The installation went smoothly & by the afternoon my heating & hot water was up & running. I was so relieved & happy to have full heating & plenty of hot water which I was lacking for a week during a cold snap. As far as I could see & know the job was completed to a very high standard. After Mac gave me some information on the new boiler & a demo on using the thermostat. I was so impressed with Mac that I cancelled my contract with an existing company which cost me money so he will take over the servicing every year. I can recommend Mac & his company & with my new boiler I will have piece of mind for 10 years."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Indoor Maintenance Plumbing and Heating, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. After experiencing an unexpected plumbing issue on a Sunday morning, I was worried about finding someone to help on such short notice. Thankfully, Indoor Maintenance came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! "Mac was friendly, efficient and super helpful! He was here to complete a boiler service, but also showed me (an Australian with little knowledge about UK heating) how to bleed and balance my radiators and top up the pressure on my boiler if needed. I would recommend him to anyone, fabulous!"
