"I have had a great experience with the Homefix team. After moving into my first home and realising the shower didn’t work, the customer service team were responsive, easy to contact and very helpful. Want to give a special shout out to Jess for organising everything and supporting me throughout the works being carried out. Ben, the Engineer was super helpful and supportive. After we discussed options and he went and got the replacement parts the same day! He even went as far as to come back a couple days later to fit an additional piece to ensure that the bathroom was how I wanted it to be!"

"As I was actually interested in an assessment for the feasibility of changing the toilet in my bathroom, no actual work has been done yet. However, the service provider has been enough informative on the case and I'm looking forward to stay in touch for the follow-ups."

"There was an immediate response when I called. My work was scheduled and complete within 24 hours (on a bank holiday weekend too!). Everything (the booking and the repair) was very friendly, efficient, helpful and informative (explaining the problem clearly and what was required to fix it). Excellent timekeeping (even arriving slightly early). The defective parts were duly replaced and the overflow stopped. Job (very) well done - I'd certainly use them again."
