"I had a great experience with Homecare plumbers, communication was clear from booking the appointment all the way to the visit, engineer was very polite and professional and displayed good experience and seemed to be highly skilled. He diagnosed the issue and explained to me what went wrong and what needs replacing, this made me feel confident that he knew what the issue was as was able to explain. I was given the quotation for further works and they fixed it the next day!! Very happy with the service provided and the correspondence prior and post appointment. Would definitely go to again in the future!"

"Personally, I’ve had many plumbers carry out work that was not up to standard. Homecare has literally surpassed all expectations and then some! Upon arrival I was greeted in a professional manner, the engineer knew exactly what the job was, came and respected my property. Was polite, clear and concise about the job and what needs to be done so I felt reassured. Everything was done in a timely manner and the overall experience was second to none! Thank you"

"I recently had a new boiler installed by Homecare Plumbers and couldn't be happier with the service. They've been looking after my boiler for a while now through their regular inspections and maintenance visits, so when it came time for a replacement, I knew exactly who to call. The installation team was professional, efficient, and took great care to explain everything they were doing. They arrived on time, completed the work within the estimated timeframe, and left everything spotless. The new boiler is working perfectly and my heating bills have already started to come down. The routine maintenance visits give me peace of mind knowing my boiler is in safe hands, and whenever I've needed repairs in the past, they've been quick to respond and sort things out properly the first time. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and the engineers are always friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing boiler work or regular maintenance."
