"Excellent service – fast, professional and reliable I contacted the team at Prime Flow on a Sunday after our heating failed and they managed to fit me in the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and, despite needing replacement parts, they provided a temporary fix so we weren't left in the cold. The team was incredibly efficient with quoting and sourcing the necessary expansion vessel, returning on Tuesday to complete the job. They arrived on time, worked tidily, and had everything back to normal in no time. Highly recommended!"

"I contacted Matthew through Trust a Trader to get a quote for a replacement boiler as ours had given up the ghost. I found him to be polite, prompt and prepared to assist me in a short time frame which was very helpful as we had no hot water. His quote was very competitive and I decided to go with Matthew for the job. The install was completed within 48 hours of my initial instructions and was completed to a very high standard. I can thoroughly recommend Matthew for any gas related installations or repairs for your home."
