Mark Harrison Joinery & Building has over 38 years’ experience and has been offering a full range of conversion and home improvement services to lots of happy customers. We are now known as one of the best loft conversion companies in Leeds.
Our loft conversion specialists apply their knowledge and experience to talk to each prospective customer about their desired outcomes, budget and needs. They will then do their best to meet and often exceed those expectations, helping each customer to transform their home and to make the most out of the space that they have.
We never take money up front! All we ask are weekly payments, leaving a 5% final payment on being signed off by building control.
We take pride in the high standards that our loft conversion company offers and are happy to hold a City and Guilds qualification in Carpentry and Joinery.

"Mark installed a staircase to the loft for us, He did an Amazing Job, a Lovely bloke, always polite & friendly, and explained things as the job progressed, He offered a good price & cleaned up as he went along, I would highly recommend Mark to anyone, We will definitely use him again, Thank You Mark 🙏🙏"

"Mark is one of the best builders I've worked with. Removed a wall and chimney breast for me, and cut a wall away to install French doors in place of a window. All work carried out efficiently, expertly, and to very high standard, including installation of RSJ and floor/ceiling repairs where necessary. All round good bloke as well. Highly recommended."

"Mark was brilliant he was on time actually early every day and done the job with perfection. We had asked Mark to build a double dormer extension he had kept us informed throughout the course of 6-8 weeks of every detail and the next steps with the project. He and Jayden were very good at the job they actually gave me an idea to build a built in wardrobe and to utilise the space without compromising the bedroom space perfect idea. I would recommend the team of Mark and his worker Jayden anytime I will definitely be using the company again when we look to make a kitchen extension. After the works were done Mark had contacted me to see if everything was alright with the construction and if there were problems or issues. That was very kind of him to contact me that’s what how is customer service is. Overall he is a true gentleman not many men like Mark around who is very honest and reliable and anyone that will get work done by Mark and Jayden will definitely not be disappointed."

Alison - Image 1 "This work was for my 84 year old mum mark was very understanding of the work to the garage that my mum wanted and took plenty of time to listen and was very patient no rushing very good value for money and also went above and beyond to do a few more small jobs that needed completing at no extra cost would highly recommend mark to family and friends"
