"We were wanting our loft boarded only. The Loft Doctor responded very promptly and gave a very competitive quote. Steve, the Surveyor was very knowledgeable & gave us options to work with. Wesley and another guy came and fitting out the loft in one day. They did not stop! Very neat with their own dust clothes for the stairs. Cleaned up after themselves and upon looking at the end result...we are so pleased with their work. They have done a great job and cannot believe the space it have given us! Highly recommend this company/team"

Anthony - Image 1 "4x3m raised loft storage floor, done once by them. It was unsafe. They removed it and done it again. Now it is even worse. Cross battening, not sitting on anything. 3 of the 4 corners have no supports, blocked my soffit vents by stuffing insulation into eaves. If I could put other photos up, you would clearly see how bad it really is."
Trader reply: "A brief summary is we laid our internal 6x2 timber at 270mm to accommodate the regulated height on ceiling joists for insulation. However, the customer had another company in previously to lay their insulation which in places was over 300mm thick. Our fitter did remove approximately 30mm of the top to regulated air flow and did not stagger the OSB loft boarding properly. The customer was not happy with this, so I sent my head fitter to complete a remedial which he did to the customers satisfaction. We installed a raised floor so that the loft could be used for storage. It was not and didn't need to be an integral part of the roof. At no point did we block vents. Kind Regards The Loft Doctor"
