"Looked good when finished however the first time I opened the loft hatch all the trims fell off and I had to put them back myself as I had guests coming to stay. Disappointed"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We did not carry out the original installation of the loft hatch or ladder at the customer’s property. This work had been completed previously by another contractor and had been installed incorrectly. The customer contacted us to rectify issues with the existing loft hatch installation and to supply and install architrave trims around the loft hatch. We attended the property on the agreed date, corrected the existing issues, and installed the architrave trims. Upon completion, the work appeared secure and no concerns were raised at the time. We understand that the customer has stated that the architrave trims became loose when the loft hatch was first used. However, we were not contacted to report this issue or given the opportunity to return and inspect or rectify it. Instead, the customer chose to resolve the matter himself. Had we been made aware of the issue, we would have attended promptly to resolve it. Kind regards More Than Loft Ladders."

"Fantastic service from first contact. We went into the shop to look for possibilities to board our loft that has numerous pipes throughout. They sent someone around to go through the alternatives and went through with them which we would prefer. We received a quote the same day and we booked for the work to be carried out. On the day our property was respected, minimal mess was made and any that was was cleaned up before leaving. Due to the pipework our boards had to be lifted yet the area was made neat and tidy and we are very happy with how this was dealt with. Highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are thinking of getting your loft boarded and or a loft ladder fitted, very professional."
