"Terence was very prompt in replying to my initial enquiry and agreed to come out the next day to have a look at my daughter's toilet which had a problem with the flush. He arrived at the agreed time and assessed the situation. At first, he was unsure if he could help as it is an old property and the bolts holding the cistern to the toilet had rusted and seized completely. However, he persevered and finally managed to solve the problem and the toilet is now working properly again. I was very impressed that he left the working area very clean (alas not all tradespeople do these days!) and card payment proved to be very straightforward. An email receipt was also promptly delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Manchester Plumbing Services."
