"After being let down by another company who were supposed to fit a boiler, L&W came out the same day to give me a quote and fitted the boiler the following week. Great experience, very professional and thorough explanation given by the engineer at the end of the day. Highly recommend."

"An impeccable service by Stephen and his support worker. Stephen fitted a new water tank in my loft and helped contact united utilities to provide a new external stop tap and then returned to fit the tank within a window of availability before Christmas as was urgent. Both Stephen and his helper worked hard to make sure my home was safe. They were brilliant and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend to friends and will use again. Thank you so much!"

"Really pleased with the quality of work from Steve and the team. I had a small split in my loft tank and needed it to be replaced. The work was completed and thorough testing was carried out. Steve wasn't happy with one of the pipe connections and drained the tank to re-do the work. I think that any other plumber mat have just left it but he made sure it was 100%. I've also had all the zone valves changed and very happy withe the experience that L & W bring with them to the job. I thoroughly recommend this business."
