"I recently had a leaky toilet fixed by Turrell from these guys, and I can't say enough good things about their service. From the moment I called, they were professional, prompt, and attentive. Turrell arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and solved it no problem. Hopefully I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be giving these guys a call."

"We had Ashley come and do our work today and he / Nelson plumbing have really impressed me. He was on-time and communicative about time keeping. He was pleasant and reasonable, and left the job with not a single bit of dirt behind. Of note, he discussed prior a shower tap to fit, and unfortunately (through fault of mine not measuring it) it didn't fit. Instead of saying it wasn't possible he took the time and did an extra trip to make a bespoke fitting in a matching material to ensure we could get what we wanted. Truly really impressed and will definitely use Nelson plumbing again. Thanks"

"Ashley is absolutely first class and I always go to him with any heating or plumbing work. This time he fitted a new oven which included upgrading pipework to comply with current regs and fully safety tested before he left. Highly recommend and will always use in future"
