We only use the BBA approved StoreFloor™ raised floor system. Installations are in accordance with the LoftZone installation standards. Plus, won’t lose your New Build Warranty.

If your house is a pre-truss house, we have a robust solution. We call it a TimbaR-Floor®, where we build a floating timber structure above your ceiling and insulation. This protects your ceiling from the weight you store in your loft and will not squash, or smother your insulation. This ensures adequate space between the boards and your insulation, allowing the insulation to breathe and perform as it's intended to.

    "Loft Genie was amazing throughout the whole process, from the initial enquiry they were very helpful and gave me many options to maximise my loft space. Once we decided to go ahead, the lads who came to fit the floor were very polite and sheeted up all of the carpet to make sure it all stayed clean, did the job to a very high standard and left it spotless once they had finished. Overall I am a very happy customer and will definitely be recommending Loft Genie to my friends and family."

    "Had our loft boarded and new hatch fitted today, The workmen we’re great and did a professional job boarding our loft and we’re very good at keeping mess to the minimal and they left our house spotless after they had finished. Excellent service from start to finish. I Would like to thank the office staff who I spoke to the whole time and both fitters would came do the job. Would recommend 100% to anyone wishing to get their loft boarded In the future."
