"A follow up visit after an initial quote for a job. The job ended up shorter than expected due to a misunderstanding on our part and the price was adjusted accordingly. Excellent communication from Mel and a nice clean job. Ps , coordination with Andres for tiling to complete the job was great. 💯 recommended."

"Called with an urgent need to restore hot water for tenant. The office was very friendly and extremely helpful and arranged a very prompt visit from an engineer. All my dealings with this company were very positive, and I have no hesitation in recommending them."

"The team were fantastic from end-to-end. Helpful, efficient and polite. We needed a sensor/pump replacing in our shower, which was a tricky job and necessitated a couple of visits to get sorted. They fixed the issue as quickly as they could and the shower is now working as well as it ever has. I'd definitely recommend them and wouldn't use another plumber now."
