    "Had work completed on Monday. Had ashp heating system along with solar panels fitted to my property. Great guys, very tidy, very efficient and very polite to me and my children. Engineers names i remember are Mark, Matt and Robbie. Would highly recommend."

    "Very well mannered group of gentlemen, efficient, punctuality exceptional. Then things changed, one contractor in particular showed a little more interest than expected on a personal level, guy called Matt, bald head. Judged a customer on idle gossip from another. Wanted to know if I was married, had a flirting game, then spread idle gossip. Informed me he was the person to call if there were any issues and not everyone has his number, absolute lie. Received calls from this company after making a complaint and a booked missed appointment from them. I was left without heating for two days with a disabled person in my home in the cold weather, whom has protected characteristics under the equality act. The rest of the guys were great, but this guy Matt, not trusting at all."
