"We have used Gary twice this year, as he came highly recommended, Both times we had an urgent water leak, The first, which was over the Christmas period, was the mains pipe. Despite it being the holiday period, Gary arrived promptly and completed a temporary fix for us, which was very much appreciated. When Suppliers reopened after the festivities, he returned to complete a permanent repair. In addition, he also provided an electronic stop cock, to insure against any further major leaks. The second time we called Gary was after we discovered a leak in a bathroom ceiling, Once again he arrived very promptly, and by using a camera, was able to identify a roof leak. At all times Gary has been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and courteous. We would have no hesitation in recommending him."

"Gary was excellent. The job was to install a toilet/cloakroom in the cupboard under the stairs, for my elderly mother with mobility issues. This was not particularly straightforward, but Gary gave it a lot of thought and discussed the options with us, to ensure the best possible outcome. Good communication from initial contact and quote, through to the work being carried out and completed. Very satisfied."

"Fantastic work, bang on time and sorted out all my gas, boiler and plumbing issues in one visit. Absolutely no problems sorting out what was needed to be done to make my kitchen installation meet all relevant safety standards. Gary is so good he will be servicing my parent's boiler from now on as I have passed his details onto my parent's."

"Gary from Apex Plumber did a great job fixing an emergency issue at my elderly mother's house at short notice - on the day I called. Easy to talk to, happy to help, and explained the issue to me very clearly.
