    "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Norman from Apex Appliances Expert wasted no time in finding out and informing me what the problem with my washing m/c was, replacing the element, cleaning up after him and being polite throughout the whole time he was here, which was only 30 minutes. Norman is a credit to the company. Make Apex your first call if you have a problem with your washing m/c."

    "My fridge freezer wasn't staying cold. I contacted Alistair at Apex Appliance Experts and explained the problem. He suggested it might be the thermostat and came out to look at my appliance. He ordered a new thermostat and installed and that fixed the problem! I also like that when I initially spoke to him he said that there were a number of issues it could be - many of them not worth fixing as would be cheaper to buy a new fridge. And outlined the one issue that would be worth trying - and he was right. Delighted he fixed it and i did need to buy a new fridge. Prompt communication and follow-up. Will definitely use in the future for any of my appliances and would highly recommend!"
