"Spin doctor initially seemed very easy to book an engineer with. I had someone attend a rental property and they did not contact me (as the landlord) to explain what the fault actually was with the washing machine. I only discovered they had attended because I checked with the tenant. I then only got an email stating that the appliance was beyond economic repair but no other report or details about what had failed. The same email suspiciously contained plenty of details about how I could purchade a new appliance through Spin Doctor!!! I would not recommend this company. Save yourself the call out charge!"
Trader reply: "I have checked your job on our system and you were sent a appointment confirmation of your appointment. On attendance our engineer found that the bearings had seized on your machine (I have video evidence of this so I am happy to send over to you). Your Invoice was emailed to you which stated why the machine was unrepairable. We are a repairs business but do store some machines for our letting agents for easy replacements, which we kindly offered a quote to you as a good gesture."
