"My oven failed during the run-up to Christmas. After some initial confusion over my appointment, the engineer arrived with the correct part, fixed the problem with a replacement element and invoiced at the prior quoted price and saved Christmas with a day to spare! Thank you!"

"Really helpful and made an appointment to visit within a few days. Very knowledgeable about what was wrong with the washing machine and able to repair it the same day. The cost of the parts and repair were reasonable and I would use them again."
