They are asked to write an overview of the job and service, and rate their trader over six categories, including punctuality, cleanliness and quality. From these ratings, each of the local plumbers in our directory has been awarded a rating of up to five stars.  Why do most of the traders listed in Trust A Trader possess a rating of 4.5-5 stars?
