"Grant came over at zero notice after a long drive en-route from London. He did the appraisal over the phone and brought the parts. On physical inspection the boiler turned out to have other problems - cracks and corrosion and Grant arranged the other parts and a colleague to come and get the job done. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the price charged was more than fair. Thanks guys !"

"Luke serviced our gas fire, which had not been functioning well for months. He did a fantastic job and managed to speedily resolve all the issues for us. The fire now performs better than ever. Luke was very friendly, helpful and efficient and explained what was wrong with the fire and what he did to remedy it. I would strongly recommend Luke and Brett at Arrow Plumbing & Heating."

"Communication from Grant was excellent and Luke and his apprentice did a great job - fitted my new gas hob with tricky access under the cabinets and balanced out our tall house of radiators so they are heating all the way through. Very good work and a reasonable rate - highly recommended!"
