"Alex is always punctual, polite and professional. We had had restricted flow in our bathroom tap for ages and he doggedly worked through each possibility until finally we discovered there was a manufacturing fault - when he replaced this part the tap worked. Very happy with his all around work and he is now my go-to plumber."
