"Dan originally responded to an issue with my home electrics failing a few weeks ago and turned up at short notice to investigate and ensure I had a power option available the same day. Dan then returned today (delayed only by my availability) to fault-find and remedy permanently. I was extremely happy with both the original quick response and then today, where the faults were located and permanently remedied. Dan & his assistant were very polite, professional and tidy, keeping me updated on progress. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend to others. Thank you, Karl"
