Carpenters
At SMF Carpentry we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Kent and surrounding areas for over 20 years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

"It was very reassuring that SMF Carpentry were able to consider the issue, think outside of the box and execute a creative solution. The finish on the work not only blended in as much as possible with the surrounding environment but was finished to an incredibly high standard (and my husband has an acute eye for detail!). Staff were very friendly and, more importantly, very professional. Mess was minimised and tidied afterwards and the cost quoted very reasonable. It is evident that SMF Carpentry are very skilled and knowledgable in their trade. I would certainly contract the company again and recommend the services."

"SMF Carpentry have done various jobs for me, recladding parts of sheds, replacing gatepost, repairing greenhouse, shed and shelter doors and their frames, replacing greenhouse woodwork, restoring wooden coldframes. No problem seems to be without a practical answer and I'm glad to have been able to rely upon them for all carpentry issues."
