    "Simon is always very professional and always at the end of the phone for help or advice. A switch needed replacing in a rental property as the tenant couldn’t use the oven. This was reported on the Sunday and was fixed by Simon Monday afternoon. We are very grateful that Simon could help us so swiftly. This is not the first time that Simon has come to my rescue always great to know he is on hand. Thankyou"
