"Matt was so quick to reply to my enquiry for work on the boiler, so helpful and courteous. He showed me exactly what he was doing and why, left no mess and charged reasonable rates. How refreshing to find some who sticks to arrangements and times and replies quickly and does does not leave you waiting for ages to “fit you in”, so unusual these days. I would definitely use RSG again and recommend them to others"
