"Found Matt (RSG) on trustatrader on a sunday and left a message. Matt called me on the next day (Monday) and he agreed to call at our house the same afternoon. Arrived on time and found him to be very pleasant and with a reassuring manner. Matt adjusted our boiler and balanced all our radiators and hallelujah, for the first time, all the radiators get hot at the same time. Would definitely use Matt again."
