"This was an EICR check at a hard-to-find address. Before he began, John explained without prompting what he would be doing. In the event there was no sense of intrusion, which was most welcome. This was electrical work that was vitally important. John was very thorough and worked quickly. Afterwards he answered all my questions fully and with patience and was the same with questions about electrical matters that had nothing to do with EICR checks. It is hard to imagine that the service I received from Rahilly Electrical Ltd could be bettered. To one who has endured London standards of service over many years theirs was astonishingly good."

"The electrical components connected to my oven had failed. I called John knowing how reliable he is that he would come and round and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He did not let me down, the issue was resolved and I now have a functioning oven again with minimal fuss thanks to John, excellent service."

"Following an amateur botched attempt to fit a new bedroom light we were without lighting in any room. John responded very quickly to my request being sure to explore via email exactly what had happened and what was needed, which meant a fair and accurate quote. He managed to fit the job in quickly. On the day he was polite, friendly and tidy. No additional charges and a pleasure to work with."
