My name is Craig, I am experienced at providing a full range of pest control services and have the skills and expertise to get rid of pests quickly and safely.

"I was not expecting the amount of effort Craig put into identifying our problem. He really was committed to locating the problem which he did after spending most of the day here with us. He then went about rectifying the problem left by a previous builder and installing preventative measures. The problem disappeared and has not returned and now should never be able to. He tidied up after himself and was really polite and friendly. I really can’t thank him enough."

"I must say, I can’t express enough how professional, effective and humane Craig at Pestforce is. He was extremely punctual, educational to what the problem is and how he’s going to sort it and very knowledgeable. I’m not sure that theres anything else I would want in a pest controller. Great pricing too, I was quoting other companies and they charged more than what Craig does. 5 stars from me and my partner."

"I contacted PestForce when we found traces of mice droppings and heard noises. Craig took the call and was very informative explaining what he will do when he visits my house. He was on time on each job and upon his first visit, carried out a very extensive survey of my house to see where they were entering. He has now carried out all baiting and proofing that was needed. I would highly recommend Craig and his team as I felt he took the time needed to carry out a full job and not just the bare minimum!"

Phil - Image 1 "Via telephone the trader quoted me £270 to treat moths in 5 rooms (2 small) & hallway & said it would take 2/2½ hours.He said he would hoover first & that he had his own hoover.On the day, the trader did not attend but a chap who was very nice. He said he didn't know about hoovering & that the trader had the hoover.This is my sister's Flat & there was an old hoover there which the chap did kindly use.The process took 1 hour. The chap said not to hoover for 3 weeks & since the Flat is empty exactly 3 weeks' later myself & a friend went back to hoover.I was unable to check the rooms during treatment &when I did I saw damage to the dressing table from the chemical used, black marks inside the wardrobe & a small dent in the kitchen work surface.The furniture is to be sold & the dressing table has now been ruined. The trader refuses to accept this damage was caused by the chap. Shame.The manufacturers of the liquid have told me that it IS possible to burn or stain wood/other surfaces in certain circumstances."
