"The EPC Team came over today to check our attic after we heard buzzing above our bedroom. Within minutes, Jay and Maria found two hibernating wasp queens and an active nest, and identified the places where the wasps were coming in and out! They quickly treated the problem and explained their guarantee. Should we see any more wasps within a few days, they will come back and spray again. They were both so warm, professional, and well-informed, I knew the situation was in good hands with them. Plus, I learned a lot about wasps and how they behave! They also identified a potential mouse problem which we will be monitoring. I'm glad I put my trust in Jay and Maria, and if it does turn out that we currently have mice, I'll definitely be calling them back again!"

"Thank you Jay and Maria for your kindness and a brilliant service. After sending a 'contact me' query on a Sunday in response to the sound of scratching under our conservatory floor, I received a call back straight away and a visit just a couple of hours afterwards. They quickly found the source of the problem - tiny teeth marks in an external plastic air vent and recommended metal air vents (and a link to where I could buy them) to put over our existing vents to stop our mouse visitor getting in or out. They also checked around our kitchen, the drains and garden for any signs of mouse activity. So professional and reassuring. Would recommend their service to anyone without hesitation.
