"I requested that an extractor fan be installed. The contractor came to inspect the work to be done and advised me that he needed more time to complete it. He took some photos and promised to quote me for the work and book a date. A few minutes qfter he left I received an invoice of a call out charge which was paid. I have been chasing Craig to ask him for the report and quote he stopped answering my calls and promised to send a quote. I am unhappy about the way he dealt with the issue making unkept promises which is so unprofessional."
Trader reply: "We attended the property with a quote already completed and agreed with the homeowner for the work to go ahead 2 days prior, during the 2 days the homeowner instructed a handyman to carry out the work and was planning to cancel the job for us . When we arrived we found that the fan had been removed and cables tampered with. We then explained to the homeowner that the quote is now void as she has had someone else tampering with the work prior to our arrival, that’s she would need to pay a call out fee for time wasting and that she will need to get her handyman back to complete . kind regards Craig Perkins Managing director P and S Building LTD"

Emily - Image 1 "I wanted an outside dog wash put in with hot and cold water for the winter. P&S came out and quoted for the works and were reasonably priced as they had to take the feed from our downstairs Toliet and this would mean pipes were exposed, I decided to get this refurbished at the same time and they did an extra quote for this for me. They was tidy, friendly and went out of there way to insure I was happy with everything. I’m so pleased with the end result and had so many compliments on the new downstairs Toliet as well as the dog wash. I have recommended them to friends and they have also had quotes and waiting for there work to take place in the new year."
