    "I took Troy simply on his reviews as they were so good. I had a job left unfinished and in a mess, which he cheerfully took on and finished it to the standard I wanted it. He also installed a toilet for me and did it perfectly. He was clean, got on with the job and was very cheerful."

    "We have had a terrible time with work and advice from numerous Plumbers/Bathroom fitters in Cheltenham. We have an odd setup with a combi-boiler on ground floor & shower pump on 4th floor. Troy was the ONLY ONE out of 5 plumbers/bathroom fitters who identified we didn't even need a pump, because he tested the pressure and it had obviosuly improved with works by Severn Trent in the decade+ we have living here. Upon having our en-suite done by another local firm we said we wanted the aged pump replaced at start of job. They guaranteed we would have no leaks with new ensuite. We have had a persistent leak for 5 months; they blamed the pump. They wouldn't touch it and recommended a more highly rated plumber than DT/Troy. They then made a mess where water came through the ceiling and wrecked sisal carpet, hence looking for alternatives. Other bathroom fitter fell through ceiling as well & overcharged heavily. I would highly recommend Troy's skills, personable nature, diligence & HONESTY!!"

    "Troy has carried out two shower installations for us, on both occasions he was punctual, and very efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends"

    "I got in touch with Troy based on the reviews he had already had. His work ethic, attitude, professionalism and understanding met up to the expectations. I needed some urgent work doing with the removal of a water tank in the roof, hot water tank and fitting of a new boiler. I was without water, and also with a broken foot, and knowing this Troy did everything he could to get the system back up and running. His workmanship was second to none and I was updated throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Troy to friends and famliy and he will now be the first tradesman to call if I was to ever have any future issues."
