"Paul Lyall Property Services were the first to respond to urgent work requirements for my elderly father living alone. Paul installed a PIR security light on the side of his bungalow and made safe older lights removing all the perished wiring. He also moved a light switch from one side of the hall to the other to make it more convenient to put the light on entering and exiting the property. His work is superb and he left the property in a clean and tidy state. A word of note - my father fell whilst Paul was at the property, he reassured my father, made sure he was safe and called to inform me of the incident. It’s a breath of fresh air to meet a tradesman who cares about the customer, his work and is an excellent communicator. I have Paul’s number on my phone and my dad’s fridge ready for future work. He is fantastic at what he does and a trusted professional."
