Right from the initial contact by Jamie to the finished job by Brandon and Tyler we have had first class workmanship on conversion from a freestanding boiler to a full combi. "I fully understand why they got so many 5 star reviews and I must leave one too. Where shall I start? They called me for a quote for a boiler upgrade from conventional to a combi. The quote was exactly 45% cheaper than British Gas and about 20% cheaper than all the others. Jamie told me that Ben will arrive at 8 am for the work on the scheduled day and he was there right on time. The work was completed in a professional manner and Ben explained the work on each stages. Ben removed all the old tanks, pipes, left everything in a very neat condition. At the end of the work, Ben went through all the controls, paperworks and where to call in case of any issues. In top of the normal work, Ben has also investigated and fixed a slow leak which which was slowly damaging the kitchen ceiling over few years and there were no additional charge for it. From start to finish, I can’t fault anything and Ben was amazing. A 5 star review is not enough for them… it should be 5+ A*."
