"I contacted the boiler engineers in desperation after being very badly let down by an emergency plumber I called out of hours. Which cost a lot of money. He came back the next day and put in a new boiler. He assured me it was working correctly even though the boiler had an error code. He took more money and left me with indeed a boiler that was not working. The boiler engineers came on the day I called them . They rewired my boiler correctly and installed a new programmer. They were reassuring , knowledgeable , efficient, polite and respectful . They completed their work and left me with a gas safe certificate that the emergency plumber had not provided. Upon checking the gas safe register the emergency plumber was not registered with them .So should not have been carrying out boiler installation . I can highly recommend the boiler engineers as highly qualified, honest, reliable and gas safe."

"Excellent service. Our engineer was extremely polite and professional and went above and beyond in fixing a problem with our gas hob. Will definitely be using the Boiler Engineer again in future."
