    "Under pressure to complete on my house sale with a last minute request by the buyer, Phil in my world saved the day and a lot of hassle. In a world of over priced, unreliable and self important tradesman Phil is not one of them. I called Phil understood my issue, turned up did the job and charged me an appropriate fee all on the same day!! This is just what you need.
