"We had Paul back to fit new kitchen under-cabinet LED lighting, replace ceiling downlighters and to troubleshoot and fix a serious fault with our lighting circuit. The fault in particular was rather insidious, but Paul worked incredibly diligently to track it down to a ceiling rose above a false ceiling, and remediated the problem. Paul is a great communicator, both before and during the job, making clear what he was doing and how he was trying to troubleshoot the issue. We're now back to having full lighting again! I'd absolutely recommend Paul to anyone else locally."

"Fuse board went, burnt wiring, burnt RCD's, no electric. Got an emergency electrician out, who tried to fleece us to replace the whole board for £2600! Quick call to Paul at JAE who we've used before, gave us a much more reasonable quote to do the necessary work and was here the very next day! As always super reliable, work was done efficiently, quickly and neatly, really saved the day! 👏"

"Paul was fantastic. He responded within an hour to an emergency callout on a Thursday afternoon after we had a number of bathroom LED downlights fail and suspected a circuit issue. He checked for safety and confirmed the lights had individually failed, and negotiated with us to get the work done to replace all the downlights in the bathroom and move one working downlight to replace a failed one in the kitchen. He did all this on Monday, having ordered the lights. His work was excellent, he cleaned up after himself and ensured everything was in full working order before he left. Paul is incredibly polite, an excellent communicator and very fairly priced. I will happily use his services again and heartily recommend him to anyone in Hornchurch or the local area!"
