    "We had a breaker dropout and called ELB because he had earlier installed a new circuit to power an induction hob for us. An inspection visit concluded that a joint in the circuit (which fed both our boiler and the garage) must have developed a fault after 21 years of occupation of the house. ELB proposed installing two new circuits, one for boiler and one for garage. We received his quote the same day and he was back today to do the job. This involved dropping new cables down inside boxing, drilling through the external wall to run armoured cable to an existing junction box, creating the new boiler circuit and cabling the consumer unit with a new MCBO and a surge protector. It was hard having to work in the confined space under floor cupboards and then having to negotiate the prickly foliage outside the house to run the armoured cable! We enjoyed a chat with ELB, who is a genuinely positive chap that we will be very happy to use again and recommend to others."

    "We had saved up 7 or 8 jobs around home and garage. Eugene came out , assessed the work and sent quote promptly. Work needed two visits due to my problem getting a fitting in time for the first. That made three visits in total all of which appointments were kept promptly and indeed I received emails to let me know when he was on his way. All the work was done very well and professionally. The work was done very neatly and the work areas were very well tidied up. Not only would I recommend ELB without hesitation but I intend using them as my go to electrician in future.     "I came across ELB via trust a trader. I needed a light switch moving and called to enquire. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily this was arranged (the same day). The whole service from start to finish was professional, punctual and so accommodating. Over the phone I spoke to Jan, who was lovely and incredibly helpful. The electrician Ellis was polite and moved the switch promptly and with no issues, cleaning up any mess that was made. I would definitely recommend ELB and would be more than happy to use them again."
