"From the initial conversation to completion of the work , Richard conducted himself in a professional manner and defected the problem very quickly, subsequently fixing it there and then. I also liked that he gave me sound advice on the kind of credentials to look out for when seeking a trades person. "I'd highly recommend Richard to anybody. He was polite, friendly and did and excellent job at a reasonable price. And very patient! - we made several changes to our requirements in our new house as we went on and Richard was flexible and keen to help us get the results we wanted.
