"Outstanding service. Not only fixed the blockage issue promptly, but went to great lengths to advise me on other issues including recommendations of other trusted traders, and was absolutely the reason I didn't completely fall apart on a very stressful day! Will recommend to everyone- honest, straightforward, punctual, caring, friendly and professional. I get the impression above and beyond is just a usual way of working for Paul. "Paul came really quickly with little notice on Boxing Day to look at our shower which wouldn’t turn off. We’d been let down by someone else who hadn’t turned up. He was polite and friendly and very tidy, explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Very reasonable charge and will definitely use him again. Highly recommended."
