"I can’t speak more highly of Genesis Incorporated. After speaking to the owner Mark the day before, the work was booked in asap. Upon arrival, which was very prompt, the 2 workmen, one being his son, were very polite, explained the process & what was causing the problem. The pipes within the property were also blocked due to a build up caused from outside drain, the guys took the time to ensure all was rectified, flushing through the pipes again and again until the issue was completed. They even tidied up after the job was done. This is a company that clearly takes pride in what they do, and their customer service is excellent. I would absolutely recommend, and would not hesitate in hiring them again, should another problem occur."
