"Called Domestix to look at a fridge in my campervan. The engineer visited, put his hand on the compressor and told me that it needed replacing. That was the only test that he did. That visit cost £92. The engineer later telephoned me with a £400+ estimate to replace the compressor. I opted to buy a new fridge for £500. I plugged in the new fridge and it had the same fault as the broken fridge. I did a quick internet search and discovered that that problem was common and related to not enough power reaching the fridge. Everything is now working ok but I'm £600 out of pocket. I would not recommend this company."
