"The traders work is very good and he worked hard at the start. Disappointingly he became difficult to get hold of and I found out that my boiler had not been installed correctly and it needed another part of make it safe. Although he sorted out the part he suggested that I should pay for it as I agreed the location of it at the start of the project ( I have no plumbing experience and live on my own). It was a really disappointing experience as I thought we had a good customer relationship."
