We always answer the phone and turn up on time! We aim to provide a reliable plumbing and central heating service to the Basingstoke, Andover and Fleet area.
Our general plumbing services include central heating pipework, leak detection, plumbing repairs, replacement taps, showers and water softener installation.
We're Gas Safe registered, offering boiler installation and repairs plus annual boiler services and gas safety checks for home owners and landlords.
We respond promptly to initial enquiries, keep the customer fully informed and provide detailed estimates and invoices. Customers and our engineers are fully supported by the office team. Please visit our website to learn more about us, including our prices.

Our most recent visits were to investigate a problem with the heating (traced to a faulty zone valve actuator which was replaced) and a defective circulation pump (also replaced). The customer now has a fully working hot water and central heating system."

Mr & Mrs - Image 1 3 images Mr & Mrs - Image 2 Mr & Mrs - Image 3 "The person who arrived at my parents house, spent hours there and could not fit the pump that needed replacing eventually giving the excuse that the part was broken. My parents don’t know if it was defective or whether it was damaged by the fitter. When he decided there was nothing more he could do he demanded payment in cash before leaving. My mum was there on her own as my dad was out. She told the fitter this and he said that he would sit and wait in the house and charge for his waiting time. All in all, a very disappointing experience and not a business we would recommend to anyone else."
