    "Best Rate are fine when all goes to plan. But they are a nightmare if anything goes wrong. Our movers broke our washer dryer, and when I got in touch (with photos of all the damage), it quickly went off the rails. Rather than taking any responsibility, they wanted to send the lead mover over to "take a look", they were difficult, and then they tried to get me to agree that an insurance claim would take too long so I should just let it go. Not even an offer for a partial refund! I've been left with no choice but to get 3rd party advice and explore my options. If this is not the kind of hassle you want after a move, I recommend finding a more responsible company who will make mistakes right."

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. I will start by saying that very rarely in this industry accidents can happen, we unfortunately damaged your dryer which is not frequent for us considering our regular training sessions with our movers and considering our certificates, qualifications and over 2000 positive online reviews. Once the damage was reported to us the next day (not on the day of the move), we were very quick to respond and offered the solution to send someone over to look as it may have been a quick fix rather than to go through the claim form which of course we sent over as well. We offered this as a quick solution so your dryer could be fixed, it was yourself that chose this longer route. We provided you with all the correct documents to go about this in the normal way through our insurance partners, we did not realise that sending someone over to take a look and possibly fix it would upset you so much. We even asked you for a receipt/valuation for the washing machine so we could come up with a solution, you were not able to provide this to us therefore we offered up to come and look at it and potentially fix it. We were only ever efficient, quick to respond, and we provided you with everything you need to get this sorted through insurance, we would never ever decline something like this.     "It was easy to book the service and the team that arrived was very professional and friendly. I ordered some boxes and they were delivered to me prior to the move. The removal men loaded the boxes and the furniture neatly into the van and everything was handled with care. They also helped me to dispose of some old furniture that I didnt need in my new property."
