We then ask them of details of their past work, including endorsements by genuine former customers. Only once they have passed all of these stages will we consider if they have obtained the right amount of integrity, skills and professionalism to be considered to be one of our trusted traders.

Reviewed

At TrustATrader, we feel that the best way to hear about the services provided by a local trader are reviews by previous customers. We encourage past and present customers of our listed traders to leave a review of the services they acquired.

In the review, they are asked to write a summary of the job that required the trader’s attention, and the service they received. They then are asked to rate the trader in six categories. These categories include punctuality, quality and cleanliness. These ratings are then compiled to be able to award the trader a rating out of five. The reason that the majority of our traders have rating of 4.5-5 stars is because we only allow the best, most honourable traders to join our team. On the rare occasion one of our trader’s receives a negative review, the situation will go on to be investigated by our Customer Service Team, and if no satisfactory verdict can be agreed upon, the trader is then removed from out listings.

This means that you can rest assure knowing that there are no rogue traders on Trust A Trader.
