"From the initial call out, to the final sign off Brad and the team went above and beyond to get my daughter's house rewired. Workmanship is excellent, punctual and tidy, the work was finished on time and to the agreed quote. Fully kept up to date with the progress. I cannot recommend BD Electrical NW Ltd highly enough, anything electrical then Brad is the person to call."

Alison - Image 1 "Initially good contact but couple of dates due to attend and cancelled Eventually work done over couple of days. 1. The main job was the extractor fan in the basement. Initial quote had been to replace flex, but I decided to have it replaced which he agreed to do. I paid for work carried out to date and he said he'd order the extractor fan. He took the front panel off it but has ignored my text asking when he's coming to do the job 2. A socket under the sink that I wanted moved has just been left dangling behind the kickboards. When I queried this with the trader, I was told it's fine as there is an isolation switch on the dishwasher. I've spoken to a third party who's informed me this was wrong; 2. The bathroom fan he installed, the pipe was just left in the loft insultation which caused the bathroom ceiling to go mouldy within 2 weeks. I've since had a roofer up to rectify and fit tile vent - I would not recommend this trader."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. As disused before I started the work, I am unable to fix the vent to the roof and would have to be done by a professional roofer. with the wholesalers delaying my materials and being held up at other jobs I decided to relocate a socket free of charge because a dishwasher had been installed and the plug did not reach , so I moved this socket 0.5 metres under the kick boards so it would work, now the kick boards just pull off so the socket is accessible and it’s within the recommendation rule of section 4.4. "After an initial review of our electrics by Brad it was ascertained that unfortunately we needed a full rewire. The job was done within 10 days due to some unforeseen circumstances but it was done to an excellent standard. He also asked where we wanted sockets as we had only bought the house a year before. So he put extra sockets in rooms and two outside plus pulled out all old cables and for the amount of work done left minimal damage which he helped repair and suggested solutions. I can’t recommend this electrician enough he worked on and treated the house with care, as if it was his own home to minimise the level of disruption. Thanks again Des and Susan"
