Ashbee Solutions Ltd are a fully licensed asbestos contractor specialising in asbestos removal from commercial and domestic buildings. In addition, we offer completion of asbestos surveys, asbestos sampling and soft strip as well as land decontamination.
Based in Colchester, Essex our core areas of working are Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and London however we will travel nationwide to assist with your asbestos management needs. We welcome any feedback you may wish to leave also. We have fifty years’ experience within the trade.
Ashbee Solutions Ltd’s willingness to adopt the working practices of our Clients has enabled us to work within many sectors including NHS Hospitals, Educational Facilities and Essex Police HQ.
In addition to our Asbestos Licence we are also certified by CHAS and Constructionline at Gold Level. These accreditations are key in helping us to ensure continued exemplary health and safety standards.
Whilst intact and in situ, asbestos is not necessarily harmful however, the long-term health risks associated with asbestos dust are well known and, in extreme cases, can be potentially life-threatening. Before the dangers of asbestos became apparent, the material was commonly used in many buildings including garden sheds and garages as well as in residential and commercial buildings across the country.

"From my initial enquiry, Ashbee were very quick to respond with a clear explanation of what the process was, could come out within 2 days and were a very good price. Steve (surveyor) who came out to take the samples, was bang on-time (almost to the second), very friendly, polite and professional. We had a good chat whilst he was working and he clearly knew his stuff. Kelly in the office is super speedy at replying and very friendly. After the visit, I had the lab report back confirming the lack of asbestos within a few days (ignoring the weekend). I would definitely recommend Ashbee to anyone who needs any Asbestos testing or surveying completing."
