    "Excellent, efficient,& prompt and Ian explained what had needed to be done (basically the downstairs lights had gone out ) due to rats chewing cables in the loft Ian took time approx 2 hours investigating and completed the work I shall definitely use this company again Very pleased with Ian and his team"
