"I'm so glad I contacted Richard after reading his brilliant reviews on here. I had a v tight turnaround for some work which needed doing around builders coming in & he made time to come first thing the next morning. That particular job was installing a spur fuse in a hallway to install underfloor heating. Instead of the easy option, he went above & beyond to make it work from an awkward socket in a different room much further away, which meant he could hide the wiring behind skirting boards so you wouldn’t see it, even though it meant drilling through walls & feeding through cupboards, instead of having obvious trunking across the hallway. He didn’t hesitate with setting to work with other last minute additional jobs whilst here & was flexible working around me and other builders in the flat. He completed it all really fast & on top if that he's a lovely personal & joy to have around. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone & will certainly be in touch again in future!"

"I contacted 5 9s electrical on Thursday afternoon due to ongoing problems with my electrics. I spoke with Richard who said he would be round the next day, however due to the fact I was on night shifts I couldn’t do it, so he said he would come round this morning (Easter Sunday) which he did. He fixed my electrics and other sockets as well. He was very fair with the price and he has quoted me for more work which I will get done when I am off work.I would recommend Richard to anyone. Great work and fair with the price, very polite and punctual and most of all he listens to what the customer wants."

"We had a problem and were unsure if it was an electrical or heating issue. Richard from 5 Nines was super helpful. To save us money on a call-out he did some trouble-shooting over the phone, and as a result he said he thought it might be a heating issue. A very helpful and decent bloke in an increasingly rip-off world."
