"Lloyd assisted us with repair and painting as part of a refurbishment project. He took on a last minute adjusted role, with great ease, specialism, calm and reliability. He was kind, supportive, extremely professional and displayed his many many years of experience in the diligent work that he completed on. He resolved our varying challenges and answered a number of questions to help us plan other items moving ahead. We will be keeping Lloyd on our internal Property Works Portfolio and would highly recommend him."
