Where the council was taking a little longer than expected to process the work, Ben was always active in chasing and keeping me updated.     "Ben executed the survey and plan drawings for our new building extension. He made the whole process from survey drawings to final submission for planning a smooth process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Ben is friendly but professional and very easy to work with. We would throughly recommend him!"
